Our Story Cliff Ennico, a former Wall Street lawyer, is the author or editor of several books on the legal problems of small business. He is the Editor-in-Chief of the New York State Bar Association's handbook on New York corporations, and edits the "Small Business Legal Forms" series of treatises for The West Group (formerly Warren Gorham & Lamont) which comprises Basic Legal Forms, Basic Legal Transactions and Forms for Small Business Entities. He has a thriving law practice in Fairfield, Connecticut, where he specializes in the legal problems of entrepreneurs, and is the co-host of Money Hunt , the popular PBS television series where entrepreneurs defend their business plans before America's toughest panel of business experts. Cliff also writes the nationally syndicated newspaper column "Succeeding in Your Business" for Creanoors Syndicate. Back in the 1980's Cliff noticed that with all the books written by and for lawyers, nothing had as yet been written to help lawyers manage their careers. Sensing a market opportunity, Cliff did what most of his entrepreneurial clients do -- he wrote a business plan and pitched his idea to the leading law book publishers. Although the major publishers agreed the idea was a sound one, Cliff was told time after time that only a small publisher could cost-effectively produce and market stand-alone books and audio recordings that would retail for less than $49.95. So Cliff decided to do it himself. Since 1990, Cliff has produced a series of information products about managing the legal career. The catalogue consists of three items, which are (or will soon be) available in book, audio and on-line download formats:
